BAKER is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week serving seasonal fare sourced from the Canberra district – lamb from Crookwell, trout from Tumut, spirits distilled in Australia, organic coffee hand-roasted locally, wines from the greater Canberra region and craft beers. Baked on site everyday are a selection of hand-formed, slow ferment wild yeast sourdough breads.
A. BAKER has a range of private and semi-private areas for group bookings, parties and cocktail events. The communal table, east deck and west courtyard are perfect for shared meals.
